With Tok-sen vibrational hammering therapy, we can feel that release and relax. But if we still repeat the same old habit and do not take care of ourselves, t is possible that the same dis-ease may reoccurs. Therefore, Yoga x-ray is a very good series of exercise will help us maintain our health.
YOGA X RAY for BACK PAIN RELIEF : “SUPINE POSITION : Side Twist”
Lie down on your back. Extend your both arms to the sides at same level as shoulder. Palms open up. Raise your knees up. Now, Bend your knees to the left while your head faces to the right. Then, reverse the side. Do this repeatedly. And you may feel the pain in the back decreased.
YOGA X RAY for BACK PAIN RELIEF:“ Pendulum Swing arm”
Purpose of this exercise is to stretch muscles from shoulder to waist.
Stand up. Legs spread shoulder width. Bend body and head down as much as you can. Let your arms down. Without moving your foot nor body, start swinging your arms like pendulum to left and right while upon each swing, sinking your body downward to the floor as much as you can.
YOGA X RAY for BACK PAIN RELIEF “Swing arm & Sway buttock”
Purpose of this exercise is to stretch muscles from hip to knee.
Stand up. Legs spread shoulder width. Bend body and head down as much as you can. Let your arms down. Lock your kneecaps. Start swinging your arms to the right while swaying your buttock to the left. Then, do the reverse.
YOGA X RAY for BACK PAIN RELIEF “Body Hitting”
Purpose of this exercise is to relax the stressful cells.
Stand up. Legs spread shoulder width. Bend your body forward. With your palms, start hitting your back, buttock, upper legs, behind the knees, lower legs, ankles and back of feet.
YOGA X RAY for BACK PAIN RELIEF “Squeezing forearm squat”
Purpose of this exercise is to relax the muscles of the back legs.
Stand up. Legs spread shoulder width. Then, as you can, slowly squat down while insert your forearms in between the folding legs, massaging the back side of your legs up and down.
YOGA X RAY for HERNIATED DISK “Lower body sway”
Purpose of this exercise is to relax the muscles around the waist area.
Be in supine position. Relax your body. Without moving the upper body, sway the legs like swaying tail of swimming fish to allow the both side of the muscles along the spine to contract and extend in the balance.
YOGA X RAY for HERNIATED DISK “Upper body sway”
Purpose of this exercise is to relax the muscles around the waist area.
Be in supine position. Relax your body. Without moving the lower part of the body, moving the upper body left and right like a lither snake.
In order to be healed from herniated disc symptoms, it is a must to practice Yoga x-ray until you are able to stay in the Hero pose or Lying duck position with all the spine attached and aligned straight on the floor.

Purpose of this exercise is to relax Back muscles diagonally.

Purpose of this exercise is to stretch the front part muscles of Lower body.
