      The purpose of Tok Sen Hammering Therapy is Holistic healthcare.        1. MUSCLES: When we overuse the muscles, some of tissue muscles can become shriveled and stiff causing the tiredness which can be easily relieved and relax by TSHT.
 

      2. LIGAMENT: the short ligament connected bone to bone is about what we learn to rebalance, stretch, massage with foot, push and pull with the basic movements which procure immediate stunning result.
ex: a person with sole pain can be treated with the massage with foot in order to unblock the stuck area.
Meanwhile, we may hear the cracking sound represents the release of ligaments and the foot just relax with lightness.

      3 TENDON : Tendon which connected muscles to the bone. The painful or shriveled muscle can turn
to be ‘pain point’ or ‘weak point’. We may apply Sub Sen smoothly to soften the tendon cells so they can be released and allow blood as well as energy flow to that area in order to lightness.

      4 NERVE : A Nerve is a long thread like structure in parallel to blood vessel. In some muscles where are strongly attached by fascia, to move this area is sensitive and painful. The clarity of muscle anatomy is a must to practice sub-sen on the correct part and the right direction. The smooth vibration from sub-sen helps release fascia away from each muscle. Thus, the burning sensation and stiffness of the muscles may amazingly disappear.
